Check your .htaccess file before installation
If you have the following line 

ErrorDocument 404 http://www.domain.com/ 

You will need to install RSS Content Builder on a sub domain
or another domain that does not have this line in .htaccess

The Reader will not work properly if installed on a domain with 
that line of code in .htaccess

If you are on a windows IIS server, you do not have .htaccess files
So this does not apply to you.
